主要用途: 稳定和凝固剂、酸味剂、螯合剂。
使用方法: 可用于鱼虾保鲜,使用量为0.1g/kg, 残留量小于0.01 mg/kg;用于香肠(肉肠)、鱼糜制品、葡萄汁、豆制品(豆腐花、豆花),用量3.0g/kg;本品与碳酸氢钠按2:1混合成发酵粉,可用于制作饼 干、面包、蛋糕,用量约为小麦粉的0.13%。本品经淀粉发酵精制而成,对人体无毒、无害。
