2019年6月，西安瑞丰制药有限公司将其所有制药相关资质转让给西安国康瑞金制药有限公司。

公司位于西安市泾河工业园区，南临渭河，距西安市中心20公里，占地约100亩，是一家集生产、销售、研发为一体的专业生产甾体激素类原料药的高新技术企业。公司现有员工80余人，其中中、高级技术人员20人；公司拥有先进的生产设施及检测设备，拥有专业的合成、精制及发酵生产线。

主要产品为激素类产品：地塞米松、地塞米松磷酸钠、醋酸地塞米松、倍他米松，这些品种均已通过国家GMP认证，拥有完善的GMP管理体系。

目前地塞米松、地塞米松磷酸钠、醋酸地塞米松、倍他米松均已获得印度注册证书，为进军印度及国际市场奠定了基础。

With the Registered Capital CNY 50,000,000.00, it has taken over the Drugs Manufacture Licenses, technologist and other resources from Xi’an Reyphon Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. on June of 2019.

With the area of 66,000 Sq.meters, the company was located at Jinghe Industrial Park of Xi’an City,on the north bank of the Weihe River. It is around 20km to the central part of Xi’an City.
