The shareholders of Blue Treasure consist of Apotex Fermentation Inc. of Canada, Livzon Pharmaceutical Group Inc., Livzon New North River Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Sichuan Industrial Institute of Antibiotics of China National Medicines Co., Ltd., and Far East Biotechnology Engineering Co., Ltd. of Switzerland.</p>
